Curry Tuna Salad Wraps

Escape your lunch rut and live well.

Servings: 3
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional, gives it a more vibrant color)
  • pinch Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 5 oz cans water packed solid tuna well drained
  • 1/2 of a red apple such as Fuji or Honeycrisp, finely diced
  • 1 Tablepoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • naan bread
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl mix together yogurt, mayo, curry powder, turmeric (if using) and a pinch of salt and pepper. 

  2. Dump in tuna and break up well with a fork. 

  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well to combine. 

  4. Serve inside of naan bread, garnish with lettuce if desired. 

  5. Crackers or salad greens dressed with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper are also great serving options.
